“My journey in Cyprus began in 2012. After a decade in management roles at FedEx, we arrived here following my husband Yishai’s appointment as CEO of a local group of companies.
Our connection to real estate development grew organically from our everyday lives. When Yishai was looking for office space for the company, we discovered purely by chance that the building owner was a highly respected and experienced local contractor. That day-to-day acquaintance quickly blossomed into a close friendship and a strong business relationship that changed the course of our lives.
I soon found my own calling on this magical island. During my early years here, as a mother of four, I poured all my energy into getting to know the local community and culture. I applied this same relationship-driven approach to the real estate world, carefully handpicking properties based on a deep, personal understanding of each client.
The natural partnership that formed with that local contractor is what defines TORA today. Together, we made the leap from real estate marketers to full development partners in projects across the island. Today, we work closely together throughout the entire process: from land acquisition, architectural design, and construction, all the way to the final finishes and handing over the keys to the buyers.
