In May 2022, TheMarker returned to Larnaca, this time to cover our flagship development: Carisa Elysium Resort on Dekelia road, 400 meters from the sea.
The article introduced the project’s numbers: 3 buildings, 52 apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms, an infinity pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and game room, green building solutions and electric-vehicle charging stations.
Carisa Elysium is developed together with a local construction group with more than 40 years of experience across Cyprus and the Mediterranean.
For us, the coverage marked a milestone: the move from guiding investors into existing properties to developing the buildings ourselves, with the same legal oversight and personal guidance at every step.
